​​Doctor Faustus, a learned scholar, makes a deal with the Devil, selling her soul to receive wealth, knowledge... and infamy. Through morality trials, magical visions and misadventures with the enigmatic Mephistophilis, Faustus learns to enjoy this new-found power... until she realises the cost of the deal she has made.

 

This autumn, Sweet Sorrow Theatre Company presents Christopher Marlowe’s 400-year old masterpiece about the greed, want and sin which exists in all of us.
